Consisting of stalwart, seasoned veterans supported by young roofers, the Couvertures Basco team is able to expertly carry out all types of projects, whatever they may be. Our staff members undergo regular training to keep abreast of all the different technologies commonly in use today. Whether at the training centre, on the job site, or elsewhere, our employees pursue various stages of training and development offered in conjunction with the Association des Maîtres Couvreurs du Québec (A.M.C.Q.).
In addition, under the aegis of Gestess, we hold regular meetings on health and safety in order to keep up-to-date with the evolution of regulations in this area, which demonstrates how seriously Couvertures Basco takes the health and well-being of its employees.
